This operation is carried out by passing the metals between several rollers placed one after the other. The process takes place continuously at room temperature. To be more specific, it is useful to say that the metal is passed between a pair of rollers placed at a shorter distance than the thickness of the metal itself. In this way, passing between them, the material is forced to laminate and therefore to reduce in thickness. The passage can be carried out several times until the desired thickness is achieved.<\/p>\n

Cold forming of metals is a very useful process within many companies, as it allows complex profiles<\/strong> to be produced to size and to drawing.
